ummm, anything outside of your vision you have faith in. I don't know if it's faith you really want to be attacking. I have faith the empire state building exists though I've never seen it and don't see it now. Is that a foolish or sheer stupidity on my part. No. it's a time tested way of finding truth and keep a knowledge base that's larger than what my personal sight allows.
You might not think it's reasonble to put faith in religion but you do put faith in something. (Science perhaps?)
and if it's religion your after you should maybe try and find a more apropriate avatar. It makes it look like you are only after christianity.
The idea of evil is initself rather religious and not particularly scientific or factual. Do you have faith in evil? What do you mean by the root of all evil?
"Ultimately lead to the end of mankind." Seeing as Faith and religion has been around for as long as man kind has had modes of conveying it. I would say, the odds are, it really isn't that detrimental to man kinds *toung in cheek* fate</>.
i hope it isn't comming off like I am picking a fight. I'm not meaning to. Athiesm makes sense if you want to be an athiest by all means be one. But hostility towards faith and religion is anti productive to the goal of enlightenment.
